Q:  How can I be assured the quality will meet my expectations?

A:  The best way to ensure that product quality will meet your expectations is to start with an existing product you are well familiar with and can handily evaluate. Our collaborative process of understanding your product and your articulated needs also helps to ensure fulfillment of your expectations.

Your US representative will understand, document and communicate your needs to a manager in our China office. They may ask that you send them product samples and the China manager a few samples. One of the samples sent to China will be retained by Legacy for quality comparisons going forward. Your US contact and China manager are permanently assigned to your account and the only individuals managing your account - there is no additional transfer of information or opportunity for misunderstanding.

You will also have the opportunity to sample product prior to placing or starting full production. We can supply early production or Top of Production samples for your inspection and testing. Depending upon cost constraints, we can arrange for 100% inspection or Quality Control of your production. And lastly, we have dedicated partners and staff living near our factories that frequently audit production to ensure that American quality standards are in force and in practice. We will audit every shipment according to Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standards before it ships so that you are never surprised weeks afterward.
